1. Data controller

2. Purposes and legal bases

We process your personal data for the following purposes:

  • Newsletter — sending information about the studio's projects and about the games and universes we publish. Legal basis: Article 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent). You may withdraw your consent at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any message.
  • Contact — replying to messages sent through the contact form. Legal basis: Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest).

3. Scope of data collected

When you sign up for the newsletter we collect only:

  • e-mail address (required),
  • first name (optional, if given voluntarily).

4. Processor

Your data is stored on a server located in Poland, operated by a processor under an agreement concluded in accordance with Article 28 GDPR. Data is not transferred to third countries outside the European Economic Area.

To deliver e-mail we use an external SMTP provider (Brevo, Sendinblue SAS, based in France), which processes the e-mail address solely to the extent necessary to deliver the message.

5. Retention period

Newsletter subscriber data is kept until consent is withdrawn (unsubscribed). After unsubscribing, the data is deleted within 30 days.

6. Your rights

You have the following rights:

  • Right of access — you may request information about the data processed,
  • Right to rectification — you may ask for your data to be corrected,
  • Right to erasure — you may request deletion of your data,
  • Right to data portability — you may receive your data in a structured format,
  • Right to object — you may object to the processing,
  • Right to lodge a complaint — you have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (uodo.gov.pl).
